- A deposit of 70% of the total amount is required to confirm your order. The balance 30% is to be paid immediately on completion of installation, repair or maintenance.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices prior to receipt of deposit.
- All installations have a 12 months warranty from date of commissioning or handover on materials and workmanship. Repair and maintenance works is only covered on materials supplied by Electric Fences System Kenya Ltd. only.
- Any changes or additional work to be undertaken by Electric Fences Systems Kenya Ltd. after the contract has begun must be confirmed in writing and will be charged for.
- All lengths to be confirmed on completion, and figurers for final payment adjusted accordingly.
- Overdue accounts will be charged at 3% per month.
- The installations remain the property of Electric Fences Systems Kenya Ltd. until final payment is received and Electric Fences Systems Kenya Ltd. can at any time without prior notice enter the premises on which the product is installed and repossess. The customer gives consent for this entry and repossession.
- The price quoted above on the Quotation document does not include us of generator on site. Should the need arise to use generator; this will be done at an additional cost of KES 4,000.00 per day.
- Please confirm location of any underground wiring or piping that may or shall be at risk of from excavation or drilling works. Failure to identify such wires or pipes to Electric Fences Systems Kenya Ltd. may result in damage to such wiring or pipes. Cost for required repairs will be for your account.
- In case of VAT exempted, VAT must be paid and will be refunded once you provide exemption approval.
